  • We just came to town - Can we place an order for today?

    Yes! Even though we prefer orders to be placed at least 48 hours in advance, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

  • Which areas do you deliver to?

    We deliver to Boca Grande, Gasparilla Island, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Punta Gorda Airport (PGD), Fort Myers, Fort Myers Airport (RSW), Cape Coral, North Fort Myers, Babcock Ranch, Alva, LaBelle, Pine Island, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva, Estero, Bonita Springs, Naples, Marco Island. If you are traveling to Upper Captiva, Useppa Island or Cabbage Key we will gladly meet you at the ferry with your ordered gear.

  • During which hours are orders delivered?

    We will work with you! Generally, we deliver daily between 8:30 am and 5 pm. After hour deliveries are available upon request and availability.

  • Do we have to assemble any of the gear we order?

    No! Everything, including cribs, pack n plays, jumpers, swings etc. will be dropped off and assembled, unless you tell us differently. If you were to do self pick up and you know all the ordered equipment doesn’t fit in your car assembled we can have it taken apart for you. So no worries on having to put together anything you order. As long as you provide us with an address and we can get access to the property we will have everything set up prior to your arrival.

  • How does delivery to the airport work?

    The way we usually do it is once you arrive at the airport you give me a call or send me a text message and I head your way. We will be there within 20 to 25min. If you are renting a car from one of the car rental companies located right at the airport I would meet you at the arrival level and you can just take your gear right across the street to the car or if you rent from one of the companies that require shuttle I will meet you right at their lot. For either option you can place your order and select airport delivery and then specify where to meet you in the comments box.

  • Can I make changes to my order?

    Yes. If you need to make changes to your order please send us an email and we will change your reservation. You will receive an order change confirmation via email. Please note that all changes within 48 hours of the delivery time should also be called in at (239) 200 5992 and are subject to availability.

  • How does Payment work and what forms of payment do you accept?

    Your card information is needed to complete your reservation form and will be charged at the time a reservation is submitted. If you need to make any changes to your order we will apply any credits or additions to the card on file. We accept all major credit cards.

  • Can you install car seats?

    Unfortunately, we are not allowed to install car seats. Local fire stations can also install car seats.

  • COVID-19

    We are waiving all cancellation fees on reservations for families who have to change their travel arrangements and offer 50% off to those who need to extend their rentals due to the pandemic.
